THE FOUNDER
Meet Pharah Jean-Philippe
The AI Maven®Pharah Jean-Philippe is the founder of NarratAI® and The AI Maven®, a CPD-Certified AI Consultant & Program Designer, and a learning leader with more than 20 years of experience at Fortune 500 organizations, including senior vice president roles at Wells Fargo and Synchrony and a vice president role at JPMorgan Chase. She has built leadership systems serving more than 265,000 employees and has trained more than 300 people in AI tools and AI-powered building. Pharah holds an M.S. in Information & Knowledge Management Strategy from Columbia University, holds certifications from Anthropic, is the author of The Small Business AI Starter Pack, and is a 2026 Black Leaders Worldwide Women to Watch awardee.
Her work rests on one belief: AI should strengthen what makes people exceptional, never replace what makes them human.
